Lonely people have tense jaws

I’m reading the book of one European psychotherapist. He provides some group of muscles that tense up as a result of some mental blocks.

I found some very interesting “blocks” in myself and in my friends.

Do you mind watch yourself or people your know and tell me if it somewhat true?

  • lonely people have tense jaws muscles, lips, throat. These people also tend to be easily irritated and teary
  • eyebrows, forehead tension inherent to people who tend to ponder problems
-neck, shoulders, back of the scull tensions results from insecurity
-tense hands and arms not unusual for excessively active people.

thank you

What book is it, CityMonk?
As for me, sometimes I feel tension in my eye muscles.
There are a lot of people with tensed faces in my city.
Heard the same from foreigners who visited it. Did you mention it when lived here?

Geez CityMonk, that makes me a hyperactive over-thinker who suffers from the fear of abandonment. Maybe I need a shrink

Yea, i think I’ll soon be kicked out of friend groups if I start staring for no reason at different times
