i am a 22 male, 5’8 atm, indian (bengali)
i’m into meditation and pranayam, and i lift weights, eat healthy, and i know a couple yoga poses
i was wondering if anyone can tell me some poses that will help me grow taller,
i googled, but found soooo many poses it got overwhelming, was wondering if someone can just name a few i can do on my work out days to cool down and will help me grow!
