I m looking for some insights from my Yogi friends out there. Savasana is often where you begin considering your focus for that particular practice, for example I might consider my breathing and muscle relaxation, destressing or a positive affirmation. What are some of the themes you choose for your focus?
I generally focus on my breath but since I do my Yoga in a studio there is sometimes music the teacher has playing before class starts and groove with the sounds.
I am focusing one by one on my breathing , mind and after that in my whole body with some soft mantra music for relaxing, calm and releasing my stress. After that feeling really good and so light.
