I hope this is the right place to post this.
I am currently struggling with anger management… I am easily irritated, and I hate being around people. And then I hate how I react to people, which is a nasty cycle. I’ve gotten much better, but every now and then (like now) I have a hard time managing it.
I was hoping there might be some good yogic books that you guys might know to recommend for me. I want something… peaceful and transcendant to read, if that makes sense. The chapters I read in my yoga class really helped to calm me and they made sense to me. I need to immerse myself in some of that again. I know it helped me apply peace and serenity to my life before.
I just don’t know where to start or where to look for books to help me. I want to be happy with my life and feel inspired, and I haven’t lately.
