Hello everybody! i am looking for a course of yoga online and Leslie Kaminoff’s course is quite omnipresent but really expensive (2000$); does anybody know of other good courses? thank you!
Are you searching for certification or do you just want to know more about the body? I’m currently in one of Kaminoff’s courses and it is pretty good, but you are right, very expensive. I also just purchased an anatomy/adjustment/modification series of workshops (this particular one is through Noah Maze, an Anusara teacher) through the YogaGlo website. The workshops are separate from the monthly subscription service so you don’t have to be a member to purchase them, and you can download and keep the videos. They do not offer any certification, just knowledge for the sake of knowledge, but they are cheap. You can buy them individually for 20-30 a piece I think, or buy the whole set for ~130. They offer previews also, so you can see which ones you might like before buying.
Aside from this I’m not aware of any other anatomy classes. If you could elaborate more on what you are looking to know, perhaps we could help you further.
