Hello, I have an unusual question. I used to have a yoga CD (note: CD=audio, not DVD=visual video). The teacher was a well known yoga instructor. Unfortunately I lost the CD at some point. And I don’t recall her name. It was 90 minutes of audio instruction that lead you through a fairly gentle yoga flow that was so expertly yet simply explained that you did not even need to know the names of the poses. She would say the pose names but she took you into the poses and through the poses in such a way that you never had to remember the names. I have some brain issues to where I am generally not able to remember names of things such as poses from one session to the next. And you did not need any visual prompts. .
It was the best experience ever and I wish that I could find another thing like it. It is quite difficult for me to follow along with yoga videos or even live classes.
Would anyone know of any such audio instructions that might exist today?
I have searched the internet high and low and can’t find it yet. .
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks much!
Kay Ray
