Hi everyone, I am new here. I have been practicing yoga on and off for about 7years. I practiced hatha mainly in the past and since last year I learnt ashtanga, which helped me open up my body a lot and my arms became stronger.
I love the feeling that yoga brought to me. It is the fresh air of my life. Without it, I will be a fish leaving my water.
I hope that I can make online-friends who can share the practice experiences.
