Hi, I lived in Central China for two years and while there started practicing yoga (home practice) it helped my deal with the isolation but also I found that each day I was looking forward to it. I also felt at peace with myself and confident. Since I have returned around a year and a half ago I seem to have lost my way and so I though that maybe joining this forum will help to motivate me back into my practice each day.:rolleyes:

Joining yoga class is a great motivator. At least for me. Keeps me going regularly, so I don’t feel guilty that I’m wasting my spiritual life. So I feel even more interest to meditate and read.
I think its also good to recall why was behind the beginning of the practice (feeling, inspiration, vision) - and do something to make it more alive.
