You can get some lovely mandala books from Amazon. Or do a Google search. I found some nice Christmas mandalas for kids.
Because I love to find what in my own culture corresponds to the beautiful things I see in other cultures, I noticed that mandalas remind me of the rose windows – enormous stained glass arrangements in cathedrals. Rose windows usually depict images directly and are distinct from mandalas in that way, but are certainly intended as meditative aids.
