Greetings, I am a sacred chant artist and yoga teacher. I have started making videos explaining the mantras of Kundalini Yoga, like this one. Many people don't realize that "Waheguru", which is used quite frequently in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and Sikhism was a term coined by PATANJALI (of the Yoga Sutras) WAY WAY WAY before either KY or Sikhism existed. It is a really lovely sound to create... and this video explains why I refer to it as the Mantra for Transformation.
