Hello everyone, I first discovered yoga through the internet and all of the wonderful people who actually took the time to make and to share free videos about yoga, so I made this video in hopes of inspiring others out there to try yoga and to ?give back? so to speak.

Something that has always amazed me about yoga is that although the basic human form may seem rather simple and limited, the number of artistic shapes that it is capable of producing seems to be endless. I still see people coming up with new and interesting poses, and I?m happy to say that almost half of the 100 moves that I perform in this video are new poses that I came up with.

I had never thought of new yoga poses before, but once I started filming this video last month ideas for new poses just started showing up in my mind and they were coming so fast that I kept waking up in the middle of the night and turning the light on so I could draw poses that I was imagining. I hope that those of you reading this who have already been doing yoga for years will enjoy some of these new poses.

Beautiful! It is amazing what we can do with our bodies when we set our minds to it. I really appreciate your efforts to extend the asanic limb of yoga.

Thanks for sharing. Is ‘god pose’ your creation? I’m curious as to why it’s been named that. That pose attracted me in particular.

Some of these are so creative and fantastic, and a few of them scary - like right out of Guillermo Del Toro horror film. I love it. I love the music. I love you. haha.

Interesting. Some of those postures seem nightmarish - I don’t think I’d want to be practising some of them lest they encourage a nightmarish mental state - but I do admire the spirit of exploration and experimentation. Thank you for sharing.

Flower - Yes, I came up with ?God Pose? There was already a pre-existing yoga pose called ?Goddess Pose? (which I did in this video upsidedown) but there was no ?God Pose?. As far as ?why? I called it that, when I saw the recording of it I imagined God sitting on a cloud and extending his arms like I am in the pose and creating the universe.
