For working with specific athletics - i.e. golfers and baseball players; are there some methods to measure “reach” of the arm/shoulder area (and norms that go with these measurements) to help in designing yoga-based programs to help in efficiency and sports performance.
not that i know i. i assume you are speaking of ROM that might be beyond normal for some sports activities. i believe that there are books on the topic in sports medicine field. Check with Sport Stretch or Science of Stretching by Michael Alter for leads. namaste m
