Meditation in the Light of Awareness

Hello everyone,

I am currently reading a book by Candice O’Denver, composed and edited by the Great Freedom organization of which she is the founder. There is an exceptionally refreshing chapter on Meditation in relation to Awareness which I would love to post here but the book in PDF format is locked for copying.

So I will give you all the link to the E-book instead:
http://greatfreedom.org/Gallery/Articles/OneSimpleChange.pdf

Then if you go to page 88, you can start reading the chapter “Meditation” which goes on untill page 95.

I figure some of you might either really dig this piece of wisdom, and others will have plenty of work digesting it or perhaps even fighting it. It states very simply truths which can be either liberating in a effortless way, or it can be liberating in a conflictive way, depending on how much truth you recognize in what’s being said and with how much force you are holding onto any beliefs you might have about yourself and your life style and meditations. So all in all I think it is an interesting part for everyone of this community.

Feel free to discuss, comment or ask questions here.

What is being shared there is to me the highest wisdom simply because it is beyond and before all concepts and relates very well to what I intend to share. I hope you enjoy it.

With Love,
Bentinho.

Ps. I will be on vacation for the next week, so won’t be here to respond within the next 8 days.

I am a bit sceptical.

I am also studied that matter. Really great. meditation is very spirtually thephophy.

I got through maybe a page of this. It seems very much contrived to me, very much contrary to yoga. This person apparently considers herself so superior that she rejects teachings that have stood for thousands of years and creates her own definition of meditation. Sorry, I think I’ll stick with the classics.

Makes sense to me. Interesting to see it in written from.
