actually i had an accident during long jump and i got my left leg meniscus torn, in x-ray could not find anything but after seeing mri doctor reported that could never be able to run in future, and he advised me to undergo surgery, he said there is a small tear in meniscus cartilage , i had gone to physotherepist for many weeks but no use… and yesterday while i was going to sleep again my leg got locked…please advise me what should i do… i am 21 years old and weight 80… but i am not fat… i have a atheletic body and i think even extra weight is a problem… please help me with…
