Methods for opening the third eye

Glad to find this forum, I practice yoga & meditation for years.

I want to know any approved methods to open the third eye? or where I can find good teacher for this?

Jangama dhyana, shambhavi mudra, tratak, neti kriya, ajna kriya, sirsasana, maha mudra.

I don’t think it is an issue we can get methods for it on a forum, It is not good to practice everything on our own. Better search for a hindu guru (master), You may find a better one in Himalayas in India.
