The podcast "Stuff to Blow Your Mind" did a podcast on Yoga.
I really liked how they describe how once you begin practicing yoga, you become more aware of your body, more aware of your breathe and become more connected with yourself in general.
I think they make good points that would help encourage people to start practicing.
