I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience of this. I had two moles removed on Tuesday, stitches being removed tomorrow week and was supposed to be starting a year-long 200hr YTTC this weekend. I've just cancelled it because a) I can't practice in the run up to it and b) I'll still have stitches in for the first weekend and still be healing for the second weekend.
I haven't heard back yet and don't know if I'll get a refund. I really hope I will.
Did I do the right thing? It feels like bad timing but I'm disappointed. I underestimated mole removal and had no idea yoga would be off-limits afterwards!
