If you had someone whom you knew would not go to a yoga class and would only begin on their own and had to choose one book for a beginner that outlines a good routine, not one that is 2 hours long, and has some beginning breathing teachniques what book do you think is the most basic but most complete, for an age range between 20-50 of people who dont have a serious physical issue?
any ideas on a good intermediate book for those who want to take it a step farther?
