Muscle at muladhara area

Hi when i sqz and release that muscle at muladhara area i am getting little pressure and its slowly building up at my ayna chakra ( i think its also im my head like i make something flow) area i continue and it gets stronger. Is that good or bad thing to do ? It kinda gets cheving gum feeling

can you tell me more about it.

Greetings

Wickeddeath2:D:oops:

If i do it one time after another it builds up more and more , so when i sqz it gets more and when i release it builds up even more. lol

so can anyone explain me whats taking place ?

My head is not going to explode right ?

donno on the prana side of it… but this is the way it works - contracting perineum makes the jaws tight… and relaxing the lips and the jaws make the mula to relax… they advise same in labor;)

can anyone explain me how the hell are those two glands connected ? Am i sending something up the spine ? I would like to know …can someone explain me ?

In Swami Satyananda Saraswati’s book ‘Kundalini Tantra’ he gives various exercises for awakening each chakra.

One of the exercises given for the awakening of Ajna chakra is repeated practice of Ashwini Mudra (contraction and relaxation of the anus).

This is not exactly Moolha Bandha, but it’s close, and many beginners will tend to combine Moolha Bandha and Aswini Mudra until they learn to subtly differentiate the muscle groups.

Anyway, this practice is supposed to stimulate Ajna chakra.

As the book also discusses, the chakras are closely connected with the nervous system, which is centralised in the brain. Mooladhara Chakra may be situated at the perineum/cervix in the external physical body, but the nerves that are stimulated there run up into the brain and the cortex, where they may be intimately connected with the physical position of Ajna chakra.

It’s like the idea that we seem to feel things with our fingers, but our fingers just contain nerve endings which run up into the brain and are processed by the somato-sensory cortex at the very top of the head.

Thanks swaaropa for the info

I was also searching today myself and found a bit about it in the biology of the kundalini book.

The coccygeal gland is fed by sympathetic (adrenergic) from the first two ganglion and by parasympathetic (cholinergic) nerves; and by the median sacral artery and vein, directly influencing the nervous system via chemical messages arising from the blood. It is several millimeters in diameter and is composted of epithelioid cells and smooth muscle cells. A study suggests its possible blood forming function and an immune-modulatory activity by the regulation of the sympathetic nervous system through noradrenergic control.

So i am stimulating the pituitary gland …what about pineal ? are both of them connected ?

The pituitary and pineal glands are relatively close. I am not a neuroscientist, but I believe that the brain contains a great many neural interconnections.

Mooladhara chakra is associated mainly with certain basic and primitive aspects of being; it is often considered to be the highest chakra in animal life and the first of the human-level chakras.

The anal function is a very primitive function that is shared with most members of the animal kingdom; anything with a digestive tract needs to excrete, and the point of excretion is generally controlled by some sort of anal valve. The central nervous system control of this valve could thus be expected to be found in a very old and primitive part of the brain - the brain stem or mid-brain. Both the pineal gland and the pituitary gland are situated deep in the primitive mid-brain parts of the brain.

Thing that i experience is once i do the exersize it feels like thing builds up inside the brain and it feels like something is leeking out at my 3 eye area. Once im pomping i hear small cracking inside the brain …lots of small cracks are taking place…purple cloud infront of my eyes gets more vissible… but thats really all i get.
