I don’t think I have tibial tortion (I had a session with you and it was not mentioned) but since I have been doing joint freeing series and exercises you gave me I have noticed how it feels to be more comfortable in my body. And I’ve noticed that when I walk and stand and even do a forward bend I feel more comfortable with my feet turned out (ext. hip rot.) about 5-10 degrees. Is this ok? Thanks!
Horray you are getting it. Yoga might change your posture. But more importantly Yoga is changing your experience of yourself as being more comfortable. You are getting stronger both mentally and physically. Who knows your bone shape might change too. One never knows when you apply that secret practice called persistence (abhyasa).
