I have doing yoga for about 2 years now. I have been going to classes at my local studio once or twice a week. The classes are very good and I feel rejuvinated and energized after class. Yoga has given me many benefits on many levels.
I practice about 2 - 3 times a week on average at home. I have good flexibility and can do many poses with an honest effort. Balancing poses are a challenge for me.
Looking forward to good discussions
