My Search for knowledge comes to end when I met a Guru

Nature is giver, a true friend and a sustainer. (Yogi chai black)
It was a two-cups-of-tea kinda morning in my home today.

“joy is the essence of success”
from either egyptian licorice or echinacea.
and in relation to that from a lecture of richard freeman:
“to let go is the expression of joy”
that is fabulous idea – free tea for the enthusiastic tea drinkers
Unite with your own higher self and create a friendship.

Do you have milk or cream in your tea or do you have it black? …curious English Q
Do you have milk or cream in your tea or do you have it black?
just like arjuna on the battlefield. what to do?
hahaha wim…
We dont have these Yogi tea bag notes…what a great idea!
Maybe I will write to our tea manufacturers in Britain and tell them of Nicole’s Yogi tea Bags.
I was wondering about the addition of Milk and Cream because when I was in America, south, they had it cold and Black…very odd…so do they do it like that all over America?
Karen, I take coconut milk and honey with my chai. With chamomile, peppermint and other herbal tisanes, I usually drink these without milks or sweetener, and just a light steep. Currently I am drinking a lot of a pregnancy-supporting tisane made up of: nettles, rasberry leaf and oatstraw. I let this steep for hours and also drink it without a milk or sweetener.
If you google Yogi Tea quotes, up will pop many links to websites and blogs where people are sharing their “teabag wisdom.” People are quite taken with these little gems of wisdom.
I posted a recipe for CCF tea (really another tisane) here on the forum that you might be interested in too.
Happy tea drinking to you!
Not really a tea bag, but yesterday I saw scribbled on the door of a gym locker: Be careful what you want. You might lose what you already have.
Thanks Nichole, quite a luxurious account of teas…I will try CCF tea out.
I dont like the ‘alternative’ teas they sell in shops, horrid to my taste buds but perhaps additions of goodies would enhance them.
I have my tea blackcurrant with milk and maple syrup. This was not from a tea bag but something I read every morning…" I follow the religion of Love.True religion does not consist in ritualistic observances, baths and pilgrimages but in loving all. Worship the poor, the downtrodden and the oppressed. These are your gods. These are your first gods…" This is Swami Sivananda from Bliss Divine. The chapter on Love. It is very beautiful.
You are all so inventive with your teas! I have realised I am very boring with mine.
