My tea bag told me so

The mind is energy.
Regulate it.

_my Yogi tea bag note

Chocolate always loves you back.

-From my valentine’s day candy. Not all that enlightening.

Perhaps I will make some tea.

I just had a Himalayan classic yogi tea.

The note reads-

‘True understanding is found through compassion’

I never reallly noticed those notes on the individual teabags. You’ve just made me open up 2 more bags to see what other pearls lie within.

Another reads-

‘Where there is mastery there is no mystery’

i buy those yogi tea boxes for the excercises on the back though  ,they are usually quite good-

this one reads-

Lying on your back, kick alternately with your left and right heels against your buttocks, always keeping the alternate leg straight(the accompanying diagram illustrates straight leg as vertically towards the sky). Inhale as one heel kicks, exhale as the other kicks.

           I
           I
                                         /1

A fortune telling cookie in a Chinese restaurant reads:
“You will meet a beautiful girl. You will give her money. She is our cashier.”

Just kidding.

Dear Nichole,

Very wise teabag. As my own teacher used to say, wisdom is all around us, question is do you have the eyes to see it and the ears to hear it?

this thread is turning into a real treat! thank-you to each of you for adding to it. anything that prompts us to take a closer look at our tea bags and chocolate wrappings, or prompts us to share a joke or to share a gem from our teacher is beautiful.
and that in one little forum thread, we get to share all of these things, is a sweet wonder to me!

“where there is mastery, there is no mystery” ???

How completely tragic!

Now you mention it, you do have a point.

Mystery can be good thing ,as long as it does’nt perplex too much.

Should i use the ‘confused’ smilie icon?

Incorrect practice

I have made mistakes in some asanas but started all over again until getting them correctly.

It reminds me of a joke:

" A road sign reads: Road in repair. Do not enter. The other side of the sign reads:
welcome back, stupid."

when ego is lost,
limit is lost

[LEFT]Back to Yogi teabag (not teabagger) wisdom!

Mantras you shouldn’t say: I don’t know; I’m not ready; I can’t do it.

my lovely cup of tea today!!

I could post in this thread everyday.

My concoction of Bedtime and Kava Stress Relief yielded this - Live in your strength.

Do not live by emotions; instead live by intuition and consciousness. (rooibos chai)
