Where did you get TTC in India? I am considering Sivananda’s Ashram as it’s traditional and teaches Yoga as a whole, not just asana. Hopefully next year…
Sivananda’s Ashram in Kolera is very good my friend told me that she had a wonderful learning there. I learnt in Risheches Namar Nikitan ashram ( sorry I know the spelling isn’t correct )I also have a unforgetable time there.
I have a regret there that I hadn’t touched the holy water in Ganga river that time, but surely i will return one day.
By the way, learn in India usually training in a whole for TTC unlike in Hong Kong my TTC training I only received asana and pranayama training no yoga theory and history. So i always encourage others to receive whole training from India.
Namaste! Stefano
sorry what’s the meaning of stefana
Hi Tina,
You most probably mean Kerala. This is indeed a very good ashram, strict, but if you want to learn Sivananda Integral Yoga, this is one of the best Yoga Vedanta Schools to learn from.
Risheches = most probably Rishikesh.
thanks Pandara to correct my mistake , my spelling is always very poor.
@ Matthwwblog: Namaste too! I love Singapore…which part you live? I’ll be there with my wife next Juky probably
@ Tina: stefana is just a mistyping of my name, Stefano
@ Pandara: Kolera i/o Kerala…it may sound funny, if it weren’t that cholera is tragical…and endemic in India
