I’ve learned Nauli! One day about 10 days ago, I woke up and got the feeling for it. After just 3 sessions I think I have learned it well. The things that have helped me understand how to do it are, knowing my rectus abdominis well (bulging and relaxing), learning agnisar dhouti, and watching you do Nauli. I particularly was motivated after seeing the Starseed woman, Jyoti do it. Before her, I thought women had a handicap or something. It feels like a major accomplishment because it looks so impossible to do!
