Need help with forward head posture

Hello, I have forward head (cervical lordosis) posture, thoracic and lumbar kyphosis with posterior pelvic tilt. With that being said, I have some treatment methods I’m using right now for thoracic, lumbar kyphosis and pelvis tilt. Now with my forward head posture, I have a couple of options. Yoga is one of them but I need some more information about it.

I read up on yoga and I dont know if I need a yoga practitioner to perform yoga. If so, then I’m out of luck since I refuse to get a yoga practitioner. I don’t have that type of money.

Not sure what you mean by needing a yoga practitioner? Sounds like maybe you meant you cannot afford a yoga therapist or private yoga sessions? Understandable, because yoga therapists can cost upward of $100 per hour session. But one or two good sessions may be all you need to learn the appropriate exercises and posture for your condition. I would check if there is a Viniyoga studio or a licenced IAYT therapist in your area that can work with you.
