hello people
recently i sent in apost about breathing,this i think was a misstake,as the real problem is motivation.recently i was made redundant,not that i am to bothered about that as i have no intention of working again.
now i have time on my hands and i should do somthing active.
i used to do yoga quite frequently a couple of years ago to help with deprssion,it was wonderful,now i find i just cannot get going,if i try to ease myself back into it it feels a waste of time.so all i seem to be doing is watching telly,house work cooking and sleeping,it just seems such a waste
of a lovely situation.
You would do well to find a buddy and attend class together. Until you have some internal motivation a buddy will be your external motivation. Please do be watchful as it is very easy to slip back into a depression in your situation.
I’m sorry you lost your job. But please don’t let your talents go to waste. There are many forms of yoga. Have you heard about karma yoga? Selfless service. There are many possibilities, like giving cooking lessons, visiting children in a hospital, taking elderly people out for walk, volunteering in a sportsclub, etc. Do anything that matches your interests. You will be surprised by the results of karma yoga.
