Allow me to introduce a new program to train the breath “Master of Energy”.
As with all programs of this type, it will allow you to:
- Schedule regular training;
- Achieve the desired state;
- Focus on breathing during exercise;
- Model personal cycles of breath, etc.
The main difference of this program is to visualize the dynamic process of respiration. Object of visualization is five Tibetan elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Love).
