i am not entirely new, i am doing this in the wrong order i guess.
i already had a post about kurmasana on which i’ve had some excellent responses.
but i figure i’ll introduce myself properly.
i have had about 20 years experience with yoga, as a teenager i had an enlightend
track coach who taught us some postures for the purpose of stretching before we did track etc.
later i met someone who introduced me to meditation, i liked it straight away and it has helped
me in my life tremendously ever since.
i didn’t know at the time that was also yoga
about 8 years ago i started going to ashtanga classes and 4 years after that i started
doing my practice at home, daily.
sometimes i get a private class to make sure i am still on the right track.
i am glad i have discovered Yoga Forums since i often wonder about certain things in
yoga practice and have no one to turn to, now i feel like i have.
