My name is Cath, I’m from the Netherlands, 22 years old and I’ve just started practising yoga (about 5 weeks) so I’m very curious about everything related to yoga! What I found very frustrating so far is that I don’t have any strength in my arms what so ever and during yoga classes armstrength is very important to do or hold certain poses. I’m practising the plankpose at home now along with some other poses that should get my arms stronger If you have any advise, please, enlighten me

Welcome Cath! It’s great to have you here I don’t have any specific advise for you regarding arm strength, but I’m sure you’ll find it improves as you continue to practice yoga
