New knees

Hi,

My first post.

Almost ten years ago I discovered hatha yoga. I took some lessons, but I lacked the discipline to practice asanas on a regular basis. My life at the time was quite turbulent and soon yoga was out of the picture.

I’m a furniture-maker, so I have to stand all day long, lifting heavy stuff. During the last couple of years I developed serious pain in my knees. Especially when climbing stairs, lifting things or cycling, the pain became pretty serious.

Two weeks ago, I dug up my Yoga Dipika book, and simply started to do asanas every day, for half an hour or so.
Now the pain in my knees is gone! I may feel something after a day of work when I’m tired, but it’s like I have new knees! :smiley:

Just wanted to express this.
