New to the Forum, Not to Yoga

hey everyone!

My name is kelly, and i am a certified personal trainer, as well as a fitness writer. I co-blog for groundedfitness about fitness, yoga and pilates.

I also have a personal blog, everygymsnightmare, where i offer free personal training advice.

I love yoga, and mainly do it for the flexibility aspect, but am trying to get more into the spiritual side of it. I look forward to talking with you guys!
