Hi, everyone!
I started doing yoga a year and a half ago with Isha yoga and it was, and still is an amazing transformational experience. Still I feel that I am at the very beginning and would like to know more and hear from other people about different paths that they have discovered. I am moving into raw food direction ( I am at about 80-90% eating raw, and hopefully eating mono raw) and I started observing ekadashi in addition to may daily kriya and hatha practices. I find it wonderfully liberating and keeping me disciplined and focused (I have to admit a lazy-comfort loving part is still there a bit). It would be great to get in touch with a larger community.
