hello all!
I am very new to this. I am starting yoga with my girlfriend as a stress reliever. We began getting into this when we were assgined the project of interviewing a yoga instructor in our college health class. We have yet to find anyone available to answer a few questions for the last part of our project and i was wondering if anyone on here (yoga instructor) could take the time to answer a brief questionaire via email or posted on the forum thread? Everyone from this website has introduced us to an entire new world of exercise and it would be so greatly appreciated if anyone could take the time to help us through this last section of our project! Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
