New to yoga, need advice

I am trying to use yoga to compliment weight lifting and meditation for a healthy, well rounded exercise routine. So for weight lifting I will use the big 5 (bench press, shoulder press, squat, row and dead lift, to cover all the major muscle groups most efficiently. I would like to use a yoga routine similar to this. Use the most efficient movements to strengthen my flexibility. I don't know much of anything about yoga so I would appreciate some guidance with incorporating this. Thanks for the help everyone!

hello, iam practicing yoga around 3 weeks. weekly two times but iam not regular.last time i did yoga around 45min.right after yoga my abdominal is paining it is not sore muscle just like the pain of supset stomach i did not anything before yoga.After 30 min of yoga session i ate my dinner and my pain starts and lasts for 30 min. i dont know why iam facing this.
