Hi All,

I have been a member for a long time and I started my yoga practice a LONG time ago. I let it get away from me so many times but recently I decided it was MORE than time to get back onto the mat. In the last week or so I have done yoga a few days and I always tend to do it before bed to help me sleep. I have been enjoying my time back on the mat but I realized my Shiva Rea DVD is too much right now but thankfully I get Yoga Journal in the mail. I love cutting the practices out and saving them for myself to use. I hope to enjoy more time here.
