I joined this forum to find out more about Yoga. I practice qigong and some yoga techniques and have more less beginner skills in yoga. I find that the yoga techniques help me keep alignments better for doing my qigong.
I just posted an answer to an old Tao Te Ching question from March.
I don’t have any support groups here in Costa Rica for doing my work, so I am just doing it from memory and videos that I have.
I will be browsing the forum questions from time to time to see what people are discussing.
I have a strong interest in complementary medicine and healing that comes from doing qigong, yoga and meditation. I have experienced it first hand. I am initiating a blog in that regard on blogsport, having only done 3 posts so far. I will be doing more.
