Hi everyone,
I’m new to this board…stumbled across it when I searched on whether you should still practice Yoga when not feeling well
Am really suffering with an allergy at the moment so can barely breathe through my nose and can’t stop sneezing…oh how i’m feeling sorry for myself!! LOL
Am on week 4 of practising Yoga and loving every minute of it! I don’t have anyone in my life who shares my love for it and most of my buddies at work just laugh…needless to say I’m looking forward to getting to know others on here who share my interest.
