Hi everyone,
I started doing Yoga at my gym a couple times a week and have just started practicing in my apartment with some Rodney Lee DVDs and a couple of books.
For the most part, I want to use Yoga to lose weight and build flexibility - it’s one of the few exercises I enjoy and feel invigorated by, so I’m planning on using it as the foundation to my exercise plan (with cardio and some limited strength training).
