Hello everybody. I’ve been a member for a while but I’ve only just started on Ashtanga Yoga.
I’m wondering, as a beginner, would it be ok to just do Surya Namaskara A and Surya Namaskara B on their own and will I find any benifits in doing so? Or are those movements useless without the Standing and Sitting sequences which follow?
I would appreciate any help you could give, thank you.
