Night person

I’ve always been a night person and i’ve noticed that a lot of yogi’s get up at sunrise to practice. I’ve tried to do this many times but can never get myself to do it consistently.

Are there any major downsides to me missing sunrise and should i force myself to wake up early or go with my natural tendency to stay up late?

Hi, I have just started yoga for 3 weeks and am very happy with what yoga has brought to me.

From what I felt, it doesn’t matter if I practise early in the morning or later in the evening. I achieved the same result.

I would say just practise as and when you have time if you are unable to do it in the morning. After a while, you lifestyle could change and you will never want to stay up late again.

i defintetly feel good whenever i do it and i used to think i’d want to stop staying up late, but it’s been a few years and i’m still a night person
