Hello to all! Wondered if you could answer a question for me?
I have been doing Yoga classes (Hatha+Iyenger) regularly for about 2 years now and love it.
I feel so much better but my only concern is that the more I practice and the looser I get the more my joints seem to crack/crick including my spine in bends and twists. There is no pain but I find it worrying especially the back!
Is this normal/bad/good?

PS in some poses I can carry a decent tune
