Ohm symbol

Today i was meditating on ohm simbol for like 40 min.

And now there is strange ringing sound inside my head/ears. Can someone explain me what that is.

Ringing gets strong when meditating on Ohm symbol.

Do not know much about this, but this is how I do “OM” chanting(not meditation)

  1. Do “OM” chanting for 108 times, counting the number of times with Japa-Maala (beads). 40 minutes seems like a long time to me.
  2. Be in the same position and contemplate on my mind (for about the same time as the chanting). This releases the mind from the chanting vibrations.
  3. Keep my eyes always closed both for chanting and contemplation.

Nah… i sticked the simbol on the wall, and i started breathing it in. Taking deep breaths.

Meditation on Aum sound after a while will deepen into hearing the inner sounds. Look up Nada Yoga, there are four stages which happen when meditating on aum.

So after long practice (almost the whole night) it was time for my last attempt.

So after meditating to Ohm symbol ( breathing it in and out) i laid down and started concentrating to the inner sound. (I used ear plugz to reduce outer sound).

So… after few min of time i astral projected, but now to some totally different apartment (not even apartment it was- a home-). My mother and sister where there , (strange thing is; it was all familiar to me, like i lived there for my whole lifetime), i entered the room i laid down to bed and once again i astral projected, (from my heart area). (how is it possible for me to astral project from there?) Now i was in my old apartment and it was dark outside , (midnight) I checked the window saw some moron beating the crap out of someone, i prepared myself to yell at the guy… then suddenly my mobile phone started ringing. And i was back to (reality ?).

To bad phone ringed …ill will shut it down next time.

Strange thing is; how could i astral project from that place ? Like i traveled to future of something. Then later i realized it was parallel universe. There are so many of =me= living out there at the same time.

Ohm symbol really kicks some ass !! :D;)

Awesome!

Ive gone to sleep in dreams. O_O Ive woken up into dreams. Gone to sleep in the guest room wake up in the dream in my room and see an astral entity watching me. Trippiest was going to sleep on the couch waking up on the couch in my dream having spiritual experiences while sensing astral entities watching me from the patio.

Of course it is a frequency. (color=atmospheric vibration of sound).
