Thanks for the welcome
Its a fantastic course. My personal practice and knowledge of yogic practices is improving in very obvious ways. My ability to understand postures and the human body has increased alot, and we have confidence in teaching pranyama and postures through the micro teachings. Every one is lovely. And all this in only 5 residentual weekends since September.
Jala Neti is such a wicked practice!
