These are two which I immediately saw on your home page. Not a good show.
From a design POV as a designer:
Wow me within your opening page, the average attention span of a person on the net is 20 seconds per page, if you don’t give it to him within that time frame you loose that reader. So give the essentials of your yoga on your Home page. Too many links to too many things, makes the reader tired. In your left bar you have a list of links as long as my arm, where do the reader start? From an aesthetic pov, try to really wow your reader when they open your home page, to be honest it is bland and frankly don’t invite further navigation. Your logo has the potential to be great but it pixelates a little on my side, so does some of the other graphics as well. Your designer should be able to help you in optimizing the graphic displays. If you are doing the site yourself, perhaps consider getting somebody to just help you with some of the more technical stuff such as converting your graphics for your site.
