Hi,i am searching for one year residential yoga program in himalayas for the year 2013.i have been struggling to sustain the knowledge & the agility of yoga in the mist of my career & work chaos.i have looked online for ashrams spread across himalayas but none were showing one year residential yoga training.could you please suggest me places in himalayas that do have such residential yoga training programs at affordable cost.

One year residential yoga program in himalayas this is very difficulty to find due to very very cold in winter season.But you can easily find one year residential yoga courses in normal temperature place like Delhi,Bangalore Vivekananda Yoga School and Bihar school of Munger .
