Overcoming fear

Hi,
I have been trying to focus on my thoughts and emotions and have observed that when i am free, i am successfully able to do so. But when I am overloaded with work, i develop anxiety (relating to my performance) and fear being criticized by my seniors. At times, i feel scared of my seniors and my normal though process and rational thinking goes for a toss…what to say of observing thoughts…even at times, if i explain myself that these thoughts are irrational and i should not fear, I am not able to get rid of these feelings…I am a very sensitive person and take comments of others very seriously…this might be adding more weight to my anxieties and fears
Can someone guide me how to overcome this…

most of the things in your mind are illusion .
That’s what I do , I have terrible anxieties( I have t.b. I. ) if I let my mind be like a wild best .imho

To change your feeling via thought is indeed difficult.

The meaning is. The problem is not in your mind nor your thinking. The problem is in your feeling.
Emotions,tactile feeling,memory. These 3 things are connected via the same nerve.

In short.
Master your feelings via feeling or not feeling.
Just as we master the mind via thinking or not thinking. Lmao.

xanax and lots of therapy, j/k i have battled anxiety for years. Now I think I have a touch of social anxeity due to some terrible things that have happened to me in the past. I function but I do not have peace or much happiness. Having someone to share your thoughts with is a big help. Writing my thoughts out helps a little. Exercise and therapy helped in the past. Yoga and meditation has to help. Good luck to you!
