Pain relief on one side

I never had any problem with yoga before. But I slipped on ice, and hurt my right side--not my legs, back or anywhere else. And it wasn't not bad enough to see the doctor about it right away. But I wondered what yoga poses would be best to do for the pain, or should I just wait a few days before doing any? Thanks.

It depends on the level of pain you have. If it is not very bad then you can start with moderate easy going postures and see how much your body is capable of handling it.
