Maybe you could be a little more specific in your question you have not really given any information on you or what your issues might be , what does your teacher say ?
Do strangers rush into your home without introduction, without explanation, and then make demands of your time? While they are in your home do they expect you to drop what you are doing in order to cater to their needs?

I have no teatcher , i feel pain after session of stretching …i have chronical problem with kness and neck …
Answer these questions and it will be easier for people to help you. Many people here working also, and their time for responding is less.
What kind of stretching are you doing?
What exercises do you do during this session?
How long do you do this for? How many times a week?
Who taught you to do these stretches, if you do not have a teacher?
How old are you?
How many years you have had this pain?
Have you seen any doctor or specialist for your pain?
Do you have any other health problems?
Keep in mind also that not all of us are viewing the boards 24 hours a day. We work, we have lives that keep us busy. Nobody is paid to be here. Weekends are even slower than weekdays.
I think Suryadada has asked some very good questions, and when you answer them, it will be much easier for us to help you.

Do you have a yoga teacher anywhere near you? Not all yoga postures will be good for you, but it cannot be determined just by speaking to you online. Someone would have to teach you poses that would be good for your knees, and help you reduce further injury to them. If you don’t mind, how old are you?
