?Twenty One Minutes of Peace?
Invitation to take part in a continuing Worldwide Mahayoga Experiment
Date: Sunday, 15 May 2011; Time 6.06 am to 6.27 am. Venue: Your own home
Why has peace become so scarce? Why is there so much animosity amongst us humans?
The wise say that differences between two individuals are like the differences between a gold bracelet and a gold necklace. Both in reality are gold.
If peace has become scarce, it is only because we are losing touch with our real nature. We are not in touch with what we are made of. Through experiments all over the world, Mahayoga has proved this fact.
There is an extremely simple introductory technique in Mahayoga that puts us directly in touch with our real nature, producing divine inner peace as the very first result.
For the benefit of entire mankind, P.P.Shri Loknath Tirth Swami Maharaj Mahayoga Trust has been spreading this technique to the entire world, with thousands of people vouching for the experience of peace and further progressing on the yoga path.
The simple technique is described below:
[ol]
[li]Sit in any comfortable position.
[/li][li]Calmly close the eyes and relax the body to the maximum.
[/li][li]Allow automatic breathing to take place. Do not impose any kind of breathing. Let Prana Shakti to do the breathing.
[/li][li]Simply follow and be one with the air entering and leaving the body. Continue for three minutes or more as per available time.
[/li][/ol]
On Sunday 15 May 2011 from 6.06 am to 6.27 am (your local time), please do join from your own home in a 21-minute global session of the above practice.
People from different parts of the world have already participated in similar sessions announced earlier.

Here is what people from Riverside CA had to say about such an experiment conducted by mahayoga Guru P.P.Shri Narayan Dhekane Maharaj at the “The Other 9/11”, an event conducted by The Inland Communities Chapter of the Fellowship of Reconciliation (ICFOR) on September 11, 2007, at the Gandhi Statue in Riverside, CA, USA.
Thank you, Narayan Dhekane, for your beautiful contribution to the topics of peace and nonviolence at ICFOR’s “The Other 9/11” event on Tuesday, Sept 11, 2007 at the Gandhi Statue in Riverside, CA. Just your presence, first of all, made an impact…and then your obvious experience dealing with microphones made your message so very able to be heard. You had such a gentle insistence in your “please help me with this” to get people to close their eyes, relax their bodies, and feel Mother Air going in and out of the body. This quiet experience of peace and Brotherhood was enhanced by the presence of the gentle breezes coming through the Mall at the time. Your presentation was unique in that people got to experience peace within themselves, while the rest of the Program they were mainly hearing about it through words and song.
The Inland Communities Chapter of the Fellowship of Reconciliation appreciates your participation in this event and wishes you well during your visit to the United States. May you have many opportunities to spread your important message of Peace through Siddhyoga.
Namaste,
Marilyn Sequoia and Linda Dunn
